Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number. Ship the item back to the address provided along with the RMA number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 07 business days.

Exclusions

Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
